Okay, Rachel just said to me that her friend might be selling a ticket to XJapan’s 2008 concert (this weekend)…….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I died after hearing it. Well it’s still 100% uncertain whether I’ll be able to get it or not, don’t have high hopes for it…more like a dream…… Anyway rather than thinking about it all day and do nothing, I decided to watch a couple XJapan music videos like Art of Life to alleviate my crave. I hope it turns out good… XJapan has always been my #1 favorite band, and it will forever be.

Also looks like XJapan has just released a new DVD “X RETURNS”! WTF? Okay upon closer look it’s a re-release of their 1993 live concert at the Tokyo Dome. But hey it’s XJapan, I WILL buy it!

I quitted my band last night, yes, I quitted. Had some alchohol with Karl and Sai, they apparently didn’t want me to go and they had really tried their best to make me stay…but.. I guess it’s my own problem, my own fault, that I had developed this fear playing band with them. We have been trying to write songs, and each of us was supposed to add their own stuff to the song….etc. I’m not sure why but I didn’t feel like doing it. Perhaps because I didn’t like the style of the songs that they do? Or maybe having too much stress lately on things? Somehow I just couldn’t force/tell myself to devote my time and effort into the band, and therefore I’d rather end it quickly instead of going to the band practice and disappoint everyone.

I’m just qutting my band, not quitting on my musical journey. I’d still goto the bandroom to do some free jam with them whenever I feel like, and I’d also keep on creating my favorite pieces on my piano. Music is just part of my life afterall, I guess

It’s already 2:27pm and I’ve just got up from bed.. Had my regular band practice last night from 8pm to 3am~ We had Hiro coming over to do some guitar and vocal (he’s Karl’s friend). He’s a really interesting person and we had lots of fun with him (we thought he’s cool and he’s got a Japanese girlfriend too and he can speak Japanese pretty well).  I’m getting a headache now due to the alcohol consumed last night (couple cans of beer and some Vodka that Joe brought over). Well I better start working on the logo design for my client now otherwise they’ll be like killing me next week!
