Reverse macro

Canadian penny ($0.01) taken with reverse macro techniqueSaw a couple posts like this and this, reminds me of the “reverse macro” way of shooting macro closeup pictures. Basically you mount your lens in reverse, and manually turn the focus ring to focus (or adjust the distance of the object and yourself, lol). I had tried it earlier and since the lens wasn’t mounted to the camera i had to hold the lens up and keep it stuck to the camera while shooting, pretty crazy. But nevertheless it worked! See the picture of a Canadian penny ($0.01). It’s pretty amazing how much it magnifies!
